Shipping to Alternate Addresses

Each Laguna Diamond shipment is fully insured and will require a signature upon delivery. Since a signature is required, orders may be delivered to your place of work or another more convenient destination. In order to protect our clients against fraud, these alternate addresses need to be confirmed with your credit card or financing institution. To help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate address.

P.O. Boxes

The insurance Laguna Diamond carries on all of our shipments prevents us from shipping to Post Office boxes. Please include a street address for delivery.

APO & FPO Boxes

Since APO and FPO orders must be processed through the military postal service, it may take a bit more time for your package to arrive.

Signature Requirements for Delivery

We require a signature for delivery. UPS cannot honor a signature waiver for any purchase over $100 and you must sign if your delivery is over $100. Waivers you have with UPS may affect this signature requirement. In-stock & Special Order Purchases

You will receive a purchase confirmation via e-mail once your payment information has been verified and authenticated. You can expect our in-stock items to ship the same or next day. Special orders require additional time for processing and cannot ship same day. You can expect your special order to arrive in 2 to 4 weeks.

International Duties/Taxes and Shipping

Shop Pickup

Simply place your order online and select shop pickup at check out. Laguna Diamond will call you when your piece is ready for pickup. Schedule a time and call when you arrive, have an ID ready and we will deliver your jewelry to the car.
